Howard is our Firm’s Director of Tax Services. He has over 50 years of diversified public accounting experience and provides financial and tax planning strategies to both individual and business clients.
Howard has taught individual taxation and serves as a consultant on the conversion and implementation of new accounting and inventory systems.
He is a graduate of Muhlenberg College and is a member of the American Institute of CPAs (AICPA) and the Maryland Association of CPA’s (MACPA).
