The firm was incorporated in 1980 and in 1984 moved to its present location in downtown Baltimore. The firm is a boutique specializing in sophisticated auditing, accounting, business consulting and tax services for clients throughout the Mid-Atlantic region and throughout the United States.
While concentrated in the Mid-Atlantic Region, we service clients throughout the country and internationally. Our clients are mostly privately held middle market companies with $2-200+ million in annual sales and their owners.
